The process of remodelling this 80's style bedroom came with different dilemmas that needed to be resolved. Upon removing the carpet, we noticed that the chipboard flooring sheets were only bridging the joists together in large areas, causing the floor to creak.

Updating these with treated timber planks ensured further support with the flooring as well as providing access underneath if necessary.
