BETWEEN THE TRACKS

Having the space occupied in a different manner between the train tracks and behind the station could help reduce crime rates in this particular area. Including possible housing in this space, green areas, artistic flare on the walls of the tracks and possible event spaces in the arches has the potential to allow the area to be more inviting.

The current space between the tracks behind the train station. From the statistics previously analysed, there is a lot of crime occurring here, particularly violence/ sexual offences and anti-social behaviour. If this particular spot was regenerated in such a way, these rates will significantly drop.
