The idea behind this type of conceptual idea stems from listing a few requirements for this particular site.
There is a need for new residential structures, relocated market5 place that stands in for Peckham Rye market and also more communal outdoor green areas. These green areas could include tennis courts (shown in the concept) or any other type of outdoor activity to bring people together.
The houses that surround are listed buildings (street facing) and cannot be touched but their gardens would need to be reduced in size to accommodate for this type of idea to come in place.
